2. Are my confidential communications kept that way?
     Most assuredly.

Only I review my e-mail.  Only I can hear my phone messages.

Every communication to me is kept confidential.  You must give me written permission to authorize release of any of your communications to me.

3. Is it difficult to make a Last Will?
     No.  It is very simple.

Call or e-mail me.  I get some basic information from you, prepare a proposal and send or e-mail it to you for review/corrections/approval.

Once the document is finalized, we arrange for you to come in and sign the original.  Only one office appointment is necessary and that only takes minutes.

Estate plans and complicated Wills may require more interaction.

4. How do I know if I have a case?
I personally screen all potential cases for worthiness.  We do not want to waste time and effort pursuing a marginal claim or one without merit.

Some cases, such as medical malpractice cases, require the review and opinion of a physician.  This review may cost you money, but you will know the cost up front.
