Steven E. Malone graduated summa cum laude from Albany State University in 1975 and with honors from Albany Law School in 1978.  He served as a drill sergeant in the US Army reserve and is married to wife Terri.  He served as a Town Judge for 11 years and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe and Ontario County Bar Associations.
